Team Camps
The Get Fast Team Camp is specifically designed
for a group of teammates of a particular sport and is made up of
75-minute training sessions over a certain amount of training weeks.
The workouts are comprised of mostly speed/agility training and some strength training.
The speed/agility training will improve an athlete's linear speed, lateral quickness, first-step explosiveness,
and ability to execute movements associated with their sport.
The strength training will focus on improving the athlete's jumping ability.
Most workouts will take place at the Sioux Park track complex
