Personal Training


Our Get Fast personal training is specifically designed for individuals and small groups
who would like to have personalized workouts prepared for them and/or their small group.
The workouts will be scheduled based on the times that the individual and/or small group and trainer
have available. Workouts are geared towards the goals of the individual and/or small group.

Sessions are generally 60-90 minutes and normally take place at the Sioux Park Track Stadium.
 
We specialize in training athletes looking to become quicker, faster, stronger, more agile and more explosive, however,
anyone looking to improve their aerobic endurance, lose weight or just improve their overall general fitness
will reach their goals with our fast-pace, intense but fun training programs.
